Job summary

Citizen Watch Company Of America, Inc. is seeking a QA Technician in Fort Worth, TX to inspect, test and evaluate watches and perform repairs to ensure quality standards and specifications.

You will perform visual inspections, document findings, test functions, and work with Quality Management on standards and process changes, with occasional adjustments and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 3 years' experience as a Watch Technician or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain quick, efficient workflow while meeting quality standards.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting, tracking repairs and managing daily tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

The QA Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing and evaluating watches and completing repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies imperfections and accurately documents findings.
• Tests watch functions and records results.
• Works with Quality Management on inspection standards and changes to processes.
• Performs minor adjustments to products as needed.
• Ensures all completed work meets established quality standards and specifications.
• Maintains a clean and efficient work area, as well as contributes to the overall cleanliness of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma and a minimum of three years’ experience as a Watch Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy & fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a quick and efficient workflow, while meeting quality standards.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting, tracking repairs, and managing daily tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
