• Ability to maintain quick, efficient workflow while meeting quality standards.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting, tracking repairs and managing daily tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform visual inspections of watches to assess cosmetic appearance and functionality.
• Identify imperfections and document findings accurately.
• Test watch functions and record results.
• Collaborate with Quality Management on inspection standards and process changes.
• Perform minor adjustments to products as needed.
• Ensure all completed work meets established quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work area and contribute to department cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
