Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Control Lab - Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T) to define site strategy and drive AS&T program implementation. You will oversee analytical chemistry and microbiology support for validation, release, and regulatory compliance, while leading with strategic planning and strong communication.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7+ years of relevant experience, and 5+ years of demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a directly related field.
• Fluent reading, writing, understanding and communication in English.
• 7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of demonstrated leadership.
• Location onsite in Fort Worth, TX with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analytical chemistry and microbiology services to support validation, release, and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize QC processes and ensure cGxP and SOP adherence.
• Make strategic decisions and lead with planning, problem-solving and clear communication.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA to integrate lab results into manufacturing.
• Drive innovation while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with GxP.
• Complete required training and contribute to continuous improvement.
