Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, allergens, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and convert Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) into fillable PDFs.
• Maintain meticulous records and track discrepancies.
• Generate COAs for finished products and release finished products in ERP.
