Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information technology fields.
• Master’s degree in software engineering is a plus.
• ISTQB Certified Tester is desirable; Java certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and escalate issues as needed.
