Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance in a hybrid role in the United States. You will lead a testers team, craft test plans, and coordinate with development teams to ensure robust test coverage and quality.

You will perform manual and automated testing, analyze results, mentor staff, and report progress while shaping testing best practices across projects. Strong collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information technology fields.
• Master’s degree in software engineering is a plus.
• ISTQB Certified Tester is desirable; Java certification preferred.
