Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance N to spearhead a testing group in a dynamic AI-driven environment. The role focuses on building robust test strategies, mentoring staff, and delivering high quality software releases.

You will coordinate with development, drive automated and manual testing, and ensure coverage across features and platforms while advancing QA maturity and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading QA/test teams in software projects.
• Experience developing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Strong collaboration with development and product teams.
