Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is seeking a QA Tech III, Holds Coordinator to support the QA team and drive improvements at the plant. You will manage holds, coordinate meetings, and ensure accurate documentation to maintain product quality and traceability.

The role starts at $27.76/hour on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to contribute to cross-functional projects and expand your expertise within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions and process documents with clear communication.
• Experience in a QA role or food production setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Confirm, route, test, and close holds with accurate tracking.
• Populate and maintain the hold tracker; tag pallets and file related paperwork.
• Coordinate weekly hold meetings and generate reports/lists.
• Support the Traceability Team with DMRs and the paling list.
• Ensure proper disposition of holds with complete documentation.
• Learn other labs, including coverage for QA Projects.
