TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is seeking a QA Tech III, Holds Coordinator to support the QA team and drive improvements at the plant. You will manage holds, coordinate meetings, and ensure accurate documentation to maintain product quality and traceability.

The role starts at $27.76/hour on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to contribute to cross-functional projects and expand your expertise within a collaborative environment.

• Ensure proper disposition of holds with complete documentation.
• Learn other labs, including coverage for QA Projects.

Job Description

The Holds Coordinator position at the Manawa location provides support to the QA team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Confirm, route, process, test, and close holds while maintaining accurate tracking.
• Populate and manage the hold tracker, tagging pallets and filing related paperwork.
• Coordinate weekly hold meetings and generate reports and lists.
• Serve as a member of the Traceability Team, supporting DMRs and the paling list.
• Ensure proper disposition of holds, with accurate documentation and coordination.
• Required to learn other labs, including coverage for QA Projects team.

This is a full-time permanent role starting at $27.76/hour. Schedule is 1st shift, Monday - Friday.
