Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a QC Supervisor to support the Quality Assurance department in overseeing inspection activities from Receiving to Shipping Audit. This role also supports interdepartmental projects with QA knowledge and resources, managing hourly QA staff and serving as the main point of contact for questions and support.

Reports to the QA Manager and sits in the QA department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or STEM field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a quality role.
• Must have strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, direct and coach personnel.
• Ensure compliance to QA procedures.
• Manage MRB and Calibration processes.
• Coordinate with Production Control to meet production goals and ensure timely inspection.
• Establish performance metrics for inspection personnel.
