Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers seeks a Quality Assurance Leader to supervise teams ensuring daily QA inspections and adherence to Food Safety and Quality Systems. You will collaborate across Quality, Membership, and Operations to support company goals and audit readiness.

The role requires leading audits like SQF/HACCP, driving continuous improvement, and coaching staff to meet safety and production objectives. Strong knowledge of SPC and corrective actions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Natural Science discipline.
• 7+ years of food/beverage QA experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading/supervising a team; familiarity with a GFSI standard (SQF).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to execute daily QA inspections and ensure food safety/quality systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve grower payment efficiencies and customer experience.
• Conduct internal SQF/HACCP audits and develop preventive control programs.
• Schedule staff, training, and time/attendance; travel as needed.
