Job summary

GPRS in Dallas, TX is seeking a QA Manager to lead the quality assurance strategy for SiteMap, our SaaS platform, across web, mobile, and field workflows. You will direct quality engineering practices, test automation initiatives, and AI-assisted testing, partnering with development, product, and DevOps to enable efficient, scalable testing and reliable product releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of quality assurance experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities.
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, automated testing methodologies, and quality engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience with test management platforms such as Xray, Jira, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or equivalent tools.
Experience implementing automated testing within Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies, standards, processes, and quality metrics.
Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Define and oversee test plans, test cases, test data management, and execution for functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Champion test automation initiatives and establish best practices for scalable, maintainable automated test frameworks.
Leverage AI-assisted testing tools and technologies to accelerate test creation, optimize test coverage, identify defects, and improve release quality.
Manage defect lifecycle processes, including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
Utilize test management tools such as Xray, Jira, and related platforms to maintain test traceability, reporting, and compliance.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and quality standards.
