Uline is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead to guide a high-performing team of QA analysts and automation engineers in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will shape testing strategies, advance AI-assisted testing, and drive automation innovation to ensure reliable, high-quality applications across North America.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 10+ years in QA with 3+ in leadership, strong API testing experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience with 3+ years in leadership or mentoring roles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Hands-on API testing experience and RESTful API knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive team growth and success.
• Develop quality strategies aligned with business priorities to reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.
• Lead automation and AI-assisted testing initiatives with innovative tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Partner with business and technology teams to embed quality throughout the application delivery lifecycle.
• Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement.
