Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Quality Assurance System Tester to support a large-scale agile software development program for the GrantSolutions contract in Washington, DC. You will design and execute manual and automated tests, validate features, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure releases meet security, accessibility, and operational requirements.

You will collaborate with developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, data teams, and Federal stakeholders, perform defect analysis, and help

Qualifications

4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
Hands-on testing of web applications, data flows, and integrations.
Experience with defect tracking, traceability, and test evidence capture.
Ability to interpret user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical designs.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for features, integrations, and reports.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and regression assets.
Perform end-to-end testing across new components, legacy functionality, and data exchanges.
Document defects clearly with steps, expected vs. actual results, and evidence.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and verify fixes in CI/CD.
