Job summary

Dairy-Farmers-of-America,-Inc. is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance and laboratory staff in ensuring DFA products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.

You will supervise, coach, and develop the team, working with the quality manager to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The role includes developing and maintaining QA programs, supervising GMPs, and supporting audits with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in food science or related field.
• 2–5 years of QA/manufacturing experience in a food facility.
• PCQI/HACCP/SQF Practitioner certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to QA and laboratory staff ensuring high standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality programs.
• Lead documentation reviews and QA procedures; drive improvements.
• Coordinate PEM program oversight and swabbing, investigations, and actions.
• Train staff on food safety, quality, and compliance; mentor team.
