Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance practice across product delivery. You will lead day-to-day QA planning and execution, strengthen automation, coach team members, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.

You will create visibility into test readiness, progress, risk, and blockers to ensure releases meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software QA across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource for quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA’s role across discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to create test strategies and translate complex workflows into risk-based coverage.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage with Product and Engineering.
• Knowledge of test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice with defined test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work starts on plan; identify and communicate blockers and environment/data gaps promptly.
• Create transparency on what has been tested and remaining risks; provide release readiness status.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, root-cause analysis, and ownership.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for features, integrations, defects, and platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owners early to define test scenarios, data needs, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead defect triage and provide objective quality recommendations for releases.
• Drive automation strategy to increase coverage while avoiding brittle automation.
• Communicate quality risk clearly to leadership for release decisions.
