Job summary

Radwell International LLC in Willingboro, NJ is seeking a QA Receiving Associate to accurately process, receive, and web‑list incoming products from purchase orders and bids. You will research pricing, validate data, photograph items, and ensure Radwell.com listings are complete and correct.

This full‑time, on‑site role offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for commission after a 90‑day introductory period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college or technical schooling preferred.
• Technical school degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and receive all incoming products accurately.
• Assist with research and price validation as needed.
• Assess pricing and product descriptions when data is unavailable.
• Review Purchase Orders and Bids and note instructions.
• Determine condition, quantity, and classification; document discrepancies.
• Receive items into inventory; record serial numbers and data.
• Photograph items with weight documentation and multiple angles.
• Prepare products for web listing in Radwell standards.
• Report completion of orders and bids accurately and timely.
• Provide general support across receiving operations.
