The QA/RC Technician will support administrative tasks related to maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System at Production Unit Lebanon. The QA/RC Technician will be responsible for reviewing data inconsistencies, gathering data for change management records, serving as a CAPA coordinator, supporting complaint handling as necessary, and reviewing/creating presentations for reporting purposes.

Our Global Quality department in Lebanon, TN is now looking for a QA/RC Technician.

Key Tasks
  1. Support Product Quality Engineers on the floor for gathering data and monitoring processes such as non-conformances, acceptance activities, and CAPA records.
  2. Monitor the CAPA process – monitor CAPA due dates, support SMEs in recording CAPA extensions, review and approve CAPA records for QA/RC.
  3. Support SOP updates as part of the periodic review process and routine changes.
  4. Monitor the training program – monitor training timeliness, assign trainings to subject matter experts, and report training performance to QMR.
  5. Support the complaint handling team to ensure complaint records are closed in a timely manner.
  6. Assist with administrative work assigned by the QMR at the facility and PQEs.

Your Background
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficient typing and excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in medical devices, automotive, or pharmaceutical industries.
