Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a senior structural engineer to lead on-site architectural and structural reviews for educational facilities. You will evaluate proposed plans, ensure compliance with district standards, and coordinate with design teams and external consultants at client sites.

Required: bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, 10 years of relevant experience, and valid CA PE licenses.

Qualifications

Technical review of proposed structural plans and specifications for construction projects.
Comments on adherence to District standards and quality of documentation.
Contribute to development and maintenance of design guidelines and standards.
Update and maintain policies for district educational facility design and electrical specs.
Coordinate activities with Design and A/E Technical Support units.
Onsite client-site work duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and CA licenses required.
Minimum 10 years of full-time professional structural engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site and off-site reviews of structural plans for educational facilities.
Provide timely comments and lessons learned to project teams.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and district staff to ensure conformance with standards.
