OBR Management seeks a Quality Assurance Quality Control Specialist to develop and maintain QA/QC programs for manufacturing and field installations in Phoenix, AZ. You will ensure compliance with specifications, manage ITPs, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years QA/QC experience in construction or manufacturing, familiarity with electrical installation practices, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Project.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years QA/QC experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Project; able to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with specifications and reliability standards.
• Evaluate and qualify vendors; align manufacturing and quality processes with standards.
• Identify quality parameters for in-house manufacturing and field installations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and standards.
• Assist with inspections and quality verification of electrical installation work.
• Verify installation activities meet project specs and codes.
• Utilize measurement tools (tape, torque wrench, meters) for inspections and documentation.
• Develop ITPs and project-quality documents; conduct shop/site audits as needed.
• Create non-conformance reports and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
