Job summary

United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. in Phoenix is seeking an Electrical QA/QC Inspector to conduct field inspections of electrical, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems on large industrial projects.

The role requires reviewing plans, identifying non-conformances, documenting results, and coordinating with contractors and city officials to uphold safety and quality. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong NEC/NFPA/IPC knowledge, and ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Electrical QA/QC experience in industrial, semiconductor, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with fire alarm and low-voltage systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 70, IPC/IMC and related codes.
• Prior AHJ interaction is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and licensed electrical credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of electrical installations (conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, MCCs).
• Verify NEC, IBC/IFC, IMC/IPC, ASHRAE and project standards compliance.
• Inspect grounding/bonding, conductor types, labeling, and routing per drawings.
• Witness and document fire alarm testing and compliance with code requirements.
• Inspect low-voltage systems: data/telecom, security, access control, paging.
• Prepare daily inspection reports with photos and status details.
• Coordinate inspections with City of Phoenix inspectors and third-party inspectors.
• Maintain logs for inspections, deficiencies, re-inspections, and turnover.
• Ensure safety policies compliance and PPE usage.
