Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to support the delivery of major electrical construction projects. You will oversee QA, QC, and commissioning scopes across multiple sites, collaborating with project leadership, electricians, inspectors, production teams, clients, and general contractors.

You will streamline QA/CX processes, identify lessons learned, and ensure quality standards and client requirements are consistently met across projects.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience with an Associate Degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• Strong ability to establish effective relationships with customers, GCs, owners, and office personnel.
• Ability to proactively manage responsibilities and complete tasks within required timelines.
• Knowledge of electrical single-line diagrams.
• Ability to utilize the NEC to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality and Commissioning scopes across multiple sites.
• Streamline the QA/CX process across all projects.
• Evaluate lessons learned and implement improvements.
• Engineer and track sites using a live project schedule.
• Maintain open communication and coordination between all projects.
• Understand and communicate client needs to quality and production teams.
• Develop and implement methods to improve processes and installations.
• Review specifications and train staff on procedures.
• Establish installation requirements and monitor compliance.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, electricians, and staff.
• Ensure site obligations and compliance with guidelines.
• Collect, compile, and analyze quality data and statistics.
• Oversee production procedures to identify deviations.
• Direct weekly and monthly team meetings.
• Maintain quality documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
