Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning across multiple sites and major construction projects. You will work with project leadership, electricians, inspectors, and owners to ensure standards are met and client requirements are fulfilled.

The role emphasizes streamlining QA processes, documenting lessons learned, and driving improvements in installation procedures and quality performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in QA/QC and commissioning on construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with clients, GCs, owners, and inspectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA, QC, and commissioning scopes across multiple sites.
• Streamline QA/CX processes and ensure adherence to standards.
• Lead project meetings and communicate quality requirements to teams.
• Review specifications and train staff on procedures.
• Maintain QA documentation and perform data analysis.
