Job summary

Allied Universal in Washington, DC is hiring a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Control Program for PSO contracts, ensuring full compliance with the SOW, contractual requirements, and federal standards through inspections, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.

As the primary authority for quality control, you will collaborate with the Contract Manager, supervisors, and Government representatives to maintain operational excellence and timely corrective

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security Clearance up to Top Secret or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of two years in QA/QC for personnel-based service contracts.
• Experience with government contract compliance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan per SOW.
• Conduct inspections and audits of PSO performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with Contract Manager, supervisors, and Government representatives.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and corrective action tracking.
• Identify risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
