Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and enforce quality programs for a specialty piping contractor serving industrial and commercial markets under union agreements. This role ensures piping systems are fabricated, installed, inspected, and tested in full compliance with ASME, API, and client specifications.

You will lead audits, manage ITPs, WPS/PQR, and material traceability; coordinate NDE activities; and supervise field QC inspectors, interfacing with Owners,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/QC in industrial piping projects
• Experience administering ASME B31.1/B31.3 piping programs
• Proven supervisory experience on union construction projects
• AWS CWI certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce the company QMS for piping projects.
• Prepare ITPs, WPS/PQR packages and QA records.
• Coordinate NDE activities and review reports.
• Manage field QC Inspectors and interface with OI, AI, and AIA.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, API, ANSI, and OSHA standards.
