Job summary

AP4 Technical Services seeks a QA/QC Manager to own and coordinate site quality documentation, from initial inspection through final turnover. You will ensure SQCL compliance, maintain live trackers, and support field teams with complete, traceable records.

Working closely with construction supervision, QA/QC, engineering, commissioning, and client representatives, you will drive timely documentation, closeout of nonconformities, and orderly project handover while upholding AP4 safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive QA/QC experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Experience with gas turbine or large rotating equipment installation, alignment, and centerline work.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the QA/QC documentation process from initial inspection through final completion and turnover.
• Maintain SQCL trackers, inspection records, checklists, logs, and sign-off sheets to reflect current field status.
• Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, I&C, civil, commissioning, and other disciplines to support quality documentation.
• Work with field supervision and discipline leads to identify inspections, requirements, hold points, and outstanding records.
