Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a QA/QC Document Control Manager I to oversee project document control and ensure compliance with client requirements.

The role involves managing filing structures, coordinating document flow among preconstruction, engineering, quality, commissioning, and field teams, and maintaining version control. Responsibilities include creating process documentation with SMEs, updating control programs, distributing latest revisions, and supporting project closeout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or an Associate's Degree.
• Three to five years of administrative experience.
• Five years of administrative experience or three years field experience in construction trades (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and organizes project Quality and Commissioning document filing structure.
• Coordinates the flow of documents between project Preconstruction Managers, engineering, Quality and Commissioning, field construction team, and other departments.
• Maintains document control standards including version control.
• Assists in the creation of process documentation with the assistance of process and site subject matter experts.
• Performs clerical typing duties to generate/update documents, as necessary.
• Manages the timely distribution of latest revision level documentation.
• Updates and maintains project document control programs and software.
• Assists in the creation of process documentation with the assistance of process and site subject matter experts.
• Assists in project closeout documentation.
