We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and grow our data center construction team across the Midwest. As a QA/QC Manager for The Boldt Company – Data Center team you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and quality control program for large‑scale, hyperscale data center projects. This role directly influences how work is planned, installed, inspected, and turned over to meet demanding client expectations, owner standards, and mission‑critical performance requirements. Working at the center of production, safety, commissioning, and trade partner coordination, the QA/QC Manager helps drive proactive issue resolution, reduce rework, and strengthen execution across the full project lifecycle.
