Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/QC management in large‑scale construction.
• At least 3 years on mission‑critical/hyperscale data center projects.
• NFPA 70E Certification (Arc Flash training) is required.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the data center construction team across the Midwest.
• Drive proactive issue resolution and reduce rework.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control for large-scale projects.

Skills
