This isn't a traditional safety role. It's an opportunity to be a key member of the project leadership team, influencing decisions from planning through execution and helping establish the safety standards that define project success.
You’ll work directly in the field alongside project managers, superintendents, craft professionals, trade partners, and clients, fostering a proactive safety culture on some of the most complex projects in the country. Successful candidates will bring experience supporting data center construction projects, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building relationships that drive both safety performance and operational excellence.

Target Hiring Range: $117,000 - $145,000
Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $117,000 -$145,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
