The Wesson Group, LLC is hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC across projects in New York State. This corporate role reports to the Senior Environmental and Quality Control Manager and travels 100% to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in quality control with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction-related field.

Responsibilities

• Audit field work against approved processes.
• Oversee QA/QC tasks for engineers and staff on site.
• Lead internal QC meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC inspections are completed across all phases of construction.
• Review subcontractor and vendor QCPs for contract compliance.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation systems.
