MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for Transmission and Distribution. You will develop a standard QA/QC program, train staff, and serve as the primary quality liaison with client inspectors on assigned projects.

The role requires at least 8 years in electrical construction, QA/QC leadership, and strong knowledge of NESC/NEC, with travel up to 50%. You may be based at any subsidiary location or our Thornton, CO headquarters, and you will oversee the quality team

Competenze

• 8+ years in electrical construction QA/QC
• Journeyman Lineman 8+ years preferred
• 2+ years QA/QC supervisory experience preferred
• Must understand NESC/OSHA and client specs

Mansioni

• Create and implement a QA/QC standard program across the Transmission and Distribution organization
• Develop and maintain inspection and test plans and project-specific quality management plans
• Manage NCR process including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Review subcontractor and supplier quality submittals and calibration records
• Serve as primary quality liaison with client inspectors and third-party agencies
• Maintain quality reports and documentation for project closeout

NICET certification (Power Line/Electrical Construction)
