Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for a major data center project in Indianapolis. You will lead the project QA/QC program, focusing on CSA and MEP quality, and own quality across the field and reporting.

The role requires strong hands-on QA/QC experience in mission-critical construction, with 7+ years of background and the ability to independently manage the quality function. Immediate hire with rapid interviews.

Our client is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality on a major data center project in Indianapolis. This is an immediate hire for someone with strong, hands-on QA/QC experience within mission-critical construction.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of project quality across CSA and MEP, with a particular emphasis on electrical quality.

• Lead and manage the project QA/QC program
• Oversee CSA and MEP quality inspections
• Manage quality documentation and reporting
• Coordinate and manage third-party QA/QC providers
• Identify and resolve quality issues in the field
• Work closely with project leadership, subcontractors and client teams
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of relevant QA/QC experience
• Strong electrical knowledge/background preferred
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience
• Proven hands-on field quality experience
• Background with a major GC, established QA/QC consultancy or third-party quality provider
• Ability to independently own and manage the quality function
• Strong knowledge of inspections, documentation and construction quality processes

Candidates coming from major data center GCs or specialist QA/QC organizations would be particularly relevant.

Package

Base Salary: Up to $160,000

Bonus: Approximately 12–15%

Expenses: Food expenses currently covered, with the project expected to transition to a GSA per diem structure shortly
