Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for a major data center project in Indianapolis. You will lead the project QA/QC program, focusing on CSA and MEP quality, and own quality across the field and reporting.

The role requires strong hands-on QA/QC experience in mission-critical construction, with 7+ years of background and the ability to independently manage the quality function. Immediate hire with rapid interviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/QC experience.
• Electrical knowledge/background preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience.
• Hands-on field quality experience.
• Experience with major GC or QA/QC providers.
• Ability to independently own and manage quality function.
• Strong knowledge of inspections, documentation and construction quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project QA/QC program.
• Oversee CSA and MEP quality inspections.
• Manage quality documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage third-party QA/QC providers.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in the field.
• Work closely with project leadership, subcontractors and client teams.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
