Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking a strategic QA/QC leader to own the quality program for flagship hyperscale data center projects in North America. You’ll start with onboarding in Aiken, SC, then relocate to Charlotte, NC to drive quality strategy, team management, and client engagement on projects valued at hundreds of millions.

This high-visibility role requires 10+ years in QA/QC, 5+ years leading teams, and a strong background with electrical contractors.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

The Opportunity

Join a leading national electrical contractor delivering cutting-edge hyperscale data center projects across the U.S.

You’ll start with a 6-month onboarding project in Aiken, SC, before relocating to Charlotte, NC to lead the QA/QC program on a flagship data center valued at $300M+. This is a high-visibility leadership role with full ownership of quality strategy, team management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor QA/QC teams (office & field)


• Act as primary QA/QC contact for clients, GCs, and stakeholders

Requirements

Preferred:

Data center or mission-critical experience, commissioning exposure, knowledge of UPS/switchgear systems
