Job summary

Praetorian Power Protection LLC in Sparks, NV, seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to oversee project-specific QA plans, risk mitigation, and field compliance across regional and national construction projects.

You will supervise QA staff, conduct constructability reviews, certify submittals, and drive continuous improvement through training and reporting to superintendents and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Strategic QA planning for projects; assign accountability and track updates.
  • Develop and oversee Water Intrusion Plans and Quality Issue logs.
  • Lead Quality Support; ensure field and office staff comply with requirements.
  • Prepare Project Quality Status Reports for monthly reviews and issue tracking.
  • Perform QA constructability reviews and certify submittals for regional and national projects.
  • Design and conduct quality training for internal teams and external partners.
  • Participate in national QA initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Be the onsite quality representative; investigate warranty issues and evaluate subcontractor performance.

  • Risk Mitigation: Develop and oversee Water Intrusion Plans and Major Quality Issue logs to preemptively address project vulnerabilities.
  • Operational Oversight: Lead Quality Support for your assigned group, interpreting owner and government requirements to ensure field and office staff remain in full compliance.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare Project Quality Status Reports for monthly reviews and utilize internal QA tools to detail compliant vs. non-compliant conditions for superintendents and subcontractors.

  • Field Presence: Serve as the onsite quality representative when needed, conducting warranty investigations and partnering with teams for subcontractor performance evaluations.
