• Experience reading and interpreting structural blueprints and current code requirements
• Knowledge of construction and inspection standards related to structural steel and welds
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage documentation for QA programs
• Proven track record in QA/QC processes within semiconductor or related industries
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and contract documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and organize construction activities and address design and quality issues
• Record and organize documentation to demonstrate QA program implementation and effectiveness
• Complete QA documentation and any required project reports
• Prepare reports on work progress and QA outcomes
• Conduct QC inspections on tools, pedestals, design reviews, inspections and sign-offs per plans and procedures
• Engage with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner representatives to facilitate project activities
• Represent the company in project meetings and strategy sessions
