Job summary

Evapco, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance programs across vendors and project sites. The role focuses on developing inspection procedures, verifying compliance with AWS D1.1, B31.1, B31.3 and ASME standards, and coordinating corrective actions.

The position reports to the QA/QC Director and includes travel to project sites with a strong emphasis on documentation, audits, and continuous improvement in a team-driven, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in QA/QC or related technical field.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor quality documentation against project specs and codes.
• Develop, design and implement inspection and testing procedures.
• Create and execute quality control plans.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Audit vendors to ensure product compliance with Evapco standards.
• Prepare QA/QC reports for inspections and assemblies.
