Evapco is seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to support the QA program across the organization. The role involves overseeing quality initiatives, developing procedures, and coaching team members to improve product and process quality.

The position requires a four-year degree, 5+ years of leadership, and travel to various job sites domestically and internationally. Advanced QA tools knowledge and SharePoint proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Active quality training certifications preferred.
• Experience with quality tools: RCA, Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto, 8D, and Process/Product Controls.
• Six Sigma and Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining quality and reliability standards across Evapco.
• Study product and consumer requirements to develop testing methods and procedures.
• Maintain and write internal quality assurance procedures and documentation.
• Lead efforts to schedule and assign QA staff; monitor results and coaching.
• Prepare quality reports by analyzing information and trends; support budget planning.
