Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience required.
• Four-year degree required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager in maintaining quality and reliability standards.
• Develop and document quality programs and procedures.
• Train and coach team members on quality initiatives.
• Prepare quality reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Schedule and assign QA staff; monitor results and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with management, production operators, and engineers.
