Job summary

Hut 8 seeks a Superintendent, CSA to lead civil, structural, and architectural field execution for a new data center build. You will own day-to-day site operations, drive schedule, coordinate trades, and enforce safety and quality from mobilization through turnover.

Responsibilities include supervising civil/sitework, foundations and structural work, envelope and MEP readiness, and three-week look-ahead planning with CSA subcontractors, while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field supervision on heavy civil, structural concrete, or large industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil/sitework (grading, utilities, stormwater, site improvements).
• Supervise foundations, structural concrete, tilt-wall/precast erection, and steel.
• Drive building envelope, roofing, exterior skin, doors and hardware.
• Own three-week look-ahead planning and subcontractor coordination.
• Enforce safety program for CSA work and ensure first-time quality.
• Maintain daily reports, progress quantities, and issue management.
