Pacific American Fish Company (PAFCO) seeks a TEMP TO HIRE QC/QA Clerk in Vernon, CA. This role provides clerical and administrative support to the QC/QA department in a food manufacturing environment.

You will handle filing, data entry into spreadsheets, support QA paperwork, maintain audit-ready records, assist with GMP and food safety documentation, and perform general clerical duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills in Excel or Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm
