Job summary

SIRIS, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Project Manager to join the SIRIS team supporting renovation of a Wellness center in Washington, DC. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining QA/QC procedures, coordinating site inspections, reviewing materials, and documenting punch lists.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, OSHA 30, and is comfortable in the field coordinating with subcontractors and inspectors while ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• OSHA 30 Certification required; CCM, PMP, PE preferred.
• 5+ years in construction management, quality control, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite construction management and QA/QC oversight throughout the project.
• Monitor progress for quality and compliance with contract documents and applicable codes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, testing, commissioning, and corrective actions.
• Review submittals, RFIs, materials, and project documentation.
• Maintain QC records, deficiency logs, and punch lists.
• Support final inspections, Certificate of Occupancy, commissioning, and project closeout.
