Job summary

SIRIS LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Project Manager to serve as an Owners Representative for a renovation of a Wellness center. You will lead QA/QC, coordinate inspections, manage submittals, and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and submittals on an active site.

Responsibilities include maintaining QC documentation, coordinating testing and commissioning, and supporting occupancy and closeout processes, in a busy public facility with safety and minimal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline with QA/QC experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 required; CCM/PMP/PE or equivalent preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in construction management, quality control, or closely related field; federal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite QA/QC oversight and ensure quality control plans are implemented across the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, testing, commissioning, and corrective actions.
• Review submittals, materials, and project documentation; maintain QC records and punch lists.
• Support final inspections, Certificate of Occupancy, commissioning, and project closeout.
