Job summary

POWERX is seeking a QA/QC specialist to ensure accuracy of testing and reporting, review data sheets, and support audits. You will implement quality controls, train team members, and collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve quality concerns.

The role emphasizes adherence to NETA standards, attention to detail, and effective communication for continuous improvement in testing and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of QA/QC or related experience; familiarity with NETA standards is a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized records of test reports and data sheets per quality management systems.
• Assist internal and external audits with documentation and evidence.
• Review data sheets and test reports for accuracy and compliance; ensure final review and approval.
• Provide training and guidance on QA/QC processes and NETA requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold quality standards across the organization.
