Job summary

POWERX Co is seeking a QA/QC specialist to ensure the quality and accuracy of all testing and reporting activities. You will review test reports, validate data, and implement quality control processes while adhering to NETA standards.

Collaboration with internal teams and clients to address quality concerns is essential. The role emphasizes meticulous data review, training others, and contributing to audits, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within a power services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Familiarity with NETA standards and electrical testing procedures.
• Proficiency in data review, documentation, and QA/QC practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to train others on QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized records of test reports, data sheets, and documentation per quality management systems.
• Assist in internal and external audits with required documentation and evidence.
• Review data sheets and test reports for accuracy, cross‑reference with drawings and manufacturer data.
• Provide training to team members on QA/QC processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
