Job summary

Custom Staffing is seeking a 1st Shift QA/QC Inspector to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards. You will read blueprints, document results, and report concerns.

Ideal candidates have QA/QC experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The role involves light production assistance during slower inspection periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Previous QA/QC experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating a shear and/or punch is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Custom Staffing is currently hiring for a 1st Shift QA/QC Inspector.

Shift:
6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to verify dimensions and accuracy.
• Document inspection results and report any quality concerns.
• Assist in other production areas as needed during slower inspection periods.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Previous quality assurance/quality control experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience operating a shear and/or punch machine is a plus, as this position will assist with production when inspection workload is light.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
