Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to support manufacturing operations through receiving inspections, in-process audits, product verification, and other QA activities to ensure products meet specifications.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in quality inspection, blueprint reading, and manufacturing processes, with a commitment to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience using gauges, fixtures and standard measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections on raw materials and components from suppliers and customers.
• Conduct in-process product audits and configuration audits on internally manufactured components and assemblies.
• Support Operator Self Inspection (OSI) programs for in-house manufacturing operations.
• Witness assembly and testing processes for completed products and verify performance against specifications.
• Utilize quality improvement techniques to identify and prevent potential quality issues and suggest process improvements.
