Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet stringent quality standards. You will inspect precision components, read engineering drawings, and perform first article inspections while partnering with production to sustain quality throughout manufacturing.

The role requires a strong background in blueprint reading, GD&T, and the use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical inspection equipment.
• Experience with first article inspections and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO-based quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspections using precision measuring equipment and GD&T checks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Conduct first article and in-process inspections to verify product conformance.

Mechanical Quality Control Inspector

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime available)

Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Quality Control Inspector to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. In this hands‑on role, you'll inspect precision components, interpret engineering drawings, perform first article inspections, and work closely with production to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.

What You'll Do
