Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Project Manager for Quality Assurance in Boston to lead QA projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across QA, manufacturing, regulatory, and clinical operations, while maintaining plans, risk logs, and dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within QA/compliance, with strong communication and organizational skills, and hands-on experience with GxP standards and eQMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project-management experience, including QA, quality systems, or compliance support.
• Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines.
• Working knowledge of GxP principles and quality/compliance requirements (GMP, GCP, GDP).
• Experience preparing project plans, schedules, risk assessments, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Project planning, scheduling, scope management, and milestone tracking.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Jira/Confluence; experience with eQMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of QA projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate meetings; document decisions and owners; drive timely follow-up.
• Track scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.
• Support QA initiatives including quality systems, audit readiness, and process improvement.
• Align project activities with GxP requirements and internal procedures.
• Coordinate QMS activities: changes, deviations, CAPAs, document management, audit actions.
• Prepare dashboards, updates, and communications for stakeholders.
• Develop and track corrective actions from audits or process assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve project-management practices and collaboration.
• Maintain inspection-ready project documentation.
